Returns / Refunds

At Kicks Heaven AU, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size ordered. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please shop carefully as this is our policy. For more information, please refer to the Consumer Affairs Victoria website.

Conditions for Refunds

All of our goods are 100% authentic. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size ordered. However, if your purchase is flawed or tarnished due to transit, rendering the product unfit for its purpose, we will provide a full refund.

Please note:

• Manufacturing imperfections that do not render the product flawed or unfit for its intended purpose are not eligible for refunds.
• All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange

Conditions for Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at info@kicksheaven.com.au to request exchange approval. Exchange applies to size correction only. Terms and conditions are as follows:

1. Exchange Request: Contact us for exchange approval within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Window: Return the item within 7 days of receiving exchange approval.
3. Condition: Items must be securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if tags have been removed.
4. Packaging: Shoes must be sent back inside another box to prevent damage during transit. Do not tape or mark the original shoe box.
5. Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with returns. Use a traceable service as we are not liable for lost packages.
6. Price Difference: If the exchanged item has a higher price than the originally purchased item, the customer must cover the additional cost.
7. Stock Availability: Exchange depends on stock availability. We do not hold stock for exchanges.
8. Store Credit: If the exchange size is unavailable, an equivalent store credit will be provided, valid for 12 months.
9. Refund Processing Fee: If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, a $20.00 AUD processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the items are faulty.

Australia Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Expected delivery is within 3-6 business days.
• Express Shipping: Expected delivery is within 1-5 business days.
• Free standard shipping for all orders within Australia, the cost for express shipping is $15 AUD. The shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
• All orders are carefully packed and shipped with Australia Post.

Please Note: This is the expected delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers.

International Shipping:

• Auspost Shipping: $25 AUD, Expected delivery is within 8-20 business days. For more information about the expected delivery date, please refer AusPost or Click here.
• DHL Shipping: $60 AUD, Expected delivery is within 4-8 business days.
• Please Note: When international orders arrive in your country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which might create delays that exceed the initial delivery estimates.As a result, delivery times provided by Kicks Heaven AU are merely estimates.

Processing Times:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, please be aware it possible delays during high order volumes.

Please Note: Our order cutoff time is 3 pm AEDT every business day, and orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

• All product prices include GST (Good & Service Tax).
• Please Note: On orders from outside Australia, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs and taxes. Only Australian taxes are included in the prices.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

• As we cannot guarantee that Australia Post’s services are always 100% accurate. Kicks Heaven AU is not liable for any damaged, lost, or delays during shipping. 
• If you want your shipment to be insured, please contact our customer service for more information.

PACKAGES REPORTED AS STOLEN OR LOST:

If the package is deemed to be high value, we will enabling signature required with the carrier. Typically, if the package has delivered tracking associated with it, we will request the customer file the claim on their own behalf to the carrier, along with a valid policy report for the lost/stolen of the package. This is due to high unlikeness that the carrier will support claims filed by the shipper for packages with delivered tracking.
We will try our best to support customer in search of missing packages; however, it is recommended that the recipient contacts us immediately when the package is identified as missing and file a claim to the carrier if the package was reported lost.
