At Kicks Heaven AU, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size ordered. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please shop carefully as this is our policy. For more information, please refer to the Consumer Affairs Victoria website.
Conditions for Refunds
All of our goods are 100% authentic. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size ordered. However, if your purchase is flawed or tarnished due to transit, rendering the product unfit for its purpose, we will provide a full refund.
Please note:
- Manufacturing imperfections that do not render the product flawed or unfit for its intended purpose are not eligible for refunds.
- All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange
Conditions for Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at info@kicksheaven.com.au to request exchange approval. Exchange applies to size correction only. Terms and conditions are as follows:
- Exchange Request: Contact us for exchange approval within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Return Window: Return the item within 7 days of receiving exchange approval.
- Condition: Items must be securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if tags have been removed.
- Packaging: Shoes must be sent back inside another box to prevent damage during transit. Do not tape or mark the original shoe box.
- Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with returns. Use a traceable service as we are not liable for lost packages.
- Price Difference: If the exchanged item has a higher price than the originally purchased item, the customer must cover the additional cost.
- Stock Availability: Exchange depends on stock availability. We do not hold stock for exchanges.
- Store Credit: If the exchange size is unavailable, an equivalent store credit will be provided, valid for 12 months.
- Refund Processing Fee: If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, a $20.00 AUD processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the items are faulty.
